- The Legato Boost changes the legato (length) of the notes generated.
Instruments like Saxophone have longer legato phrasing.
- Lateness refers to how much after the beat the notes are played. This is
normally left at zero for Melodists.

note spacing is usually left at zero. If set to a non-zero value, the 8

notes will be farther apart (units of 120ppq).
- Increase velocity is used to increase or decrease the volume of the
Melodist.
